Before & After Gallery in Fremont, CA

Real reglazing work from Fremont homes and rentals — tubs, showers, sinks, countertops and tile, shot from the same angle before and after. Fully licensed & insured, finished in a day.

Open Mon–Sat 7:30 AM–6 PM

Same fixture, same angle, one day apart

Every pair below is a single fixture photographed before we start and again after the finish cures — same camera position, same light, no swapped tubs and no staging. The point is to show what reglazing actually does to the surfaces in Fremont's real housing stock: the heavy cast-iron tubs in older Mission San Jose and Niles homes, the almond and powder-blue fixtures across the Glenmoor, Cabrillo and Sundale tracts, and the molded fiberglass tub-and-shower combos in Centerville and Irvington apartments. None of these were torn out. Each was stripped, prepped, primed and sprayed in a single visit, then re-caulked the next day. Bathtub work runs $709–$875; the rest of the price list is on the pricing page.

How to read a true before-and-after

A reglazing photo is easy to fake with better lighting or a different tub, so here is what an honest pair shows. The camera sits in the same spot both times. The grout lines, the faucet and the window stay put. What changes is the surface: the dull, etched sheen on the before becomes an even gloss, the rust stains and chips are gone, and the color reads clean instead of yellowed. Look at the rolled rim and the drain area — those are the spots that wear first and tell you whether the prep was done right.

You will also notice the finish is smooth, not textured. A spray job done with the correct viscosity and technique lays down flat; a rushed one shows orange peel, the pebbled texture that comes from wrong settings or a heavy hand. Every after photo here is flat gloss because the topcoat went on in several thin passes rather than one thick coat. That same care is what lets the finish last 10 to 15 years instead of peeling. If you want to see how it is done step by step, the our process page walks through prep, etch, prime, coat and cure.

Fremont customers on the results

★★★★★

I almost didn't believe the gallery photos until ours matched them. The Brookvale tub went from rusty almond to glossy white in an afternoon. Same tub, just unrecognizable.

— Theresa K., Brookvale

★★★★★

The fiberglass shower in our Centerville rental looked exactly like their before shot — chalky and dull. After it was bright white and the tenant moved in that weekend.

— Sandeep R., Centerville

Our Ardenwood vanity counter was that ugly mauve laminate. They resurfaced it to a stone look and it ties the whole bathroom together. The before/after side by side sold my husband on it.

Gallery FAQ

Are these before-and-after photos real Fremont jobs?

Yes. Each pair is shot from the same camera angle before and after the work, in real Fremont homes and rentals across Glenmoor, Niles, Centerville and other neighborhoods. We do not stage or swap fixtures between shots.

Will my old almond or blue tub really come out white?

Yes. We strip and prep the dated color, then spray a fresh acrylic-urethane topcoat in white or a color you choose. The almond and powder-blue fixtures common in 1970s Fremont tracts finish to a clean, even white that looks like new porcelain.

How long does the change in these photos take?

Most of these jobs were done in 3 to 5 hours in a single visit. The surface is ready for normal use 24 to 48 hours after the final coat cures, so the after photo is usually the next day.

Can you match a result you see in the gallery?

Usually, yes. Send us photos of your fixture and point to the gallery example you like. We confirm the method and a firm price for your tub, shower, sink, countertop or tile before scheduling. Call (510) 929-3220 for a free quote.
